1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Top Trucker. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@toptrucker.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, broadcasts, profile information). By posting content, you grant Top Trucker a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app. You are solely responsible for the content you share and represent that you have the right to post it.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that is false, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or illegal.
• Impersonate another person or create a misleading handle.
• Use the app to spam, solicit, or advertise without permission.
• Attempt to access other users' private data or circumvent security measures.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the app.
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law.

5. Community Standards

Top Trucker is a professional community for truck drivers. We expect members to treat each other with respect. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, with or without notice.

6. Financial Data and Receipts

The trip calculator and records features are provided for personal use and convenience only. Top Trucker is not a financial, tax, or accounting service. We make no warranty that calculations are accurate or suitable for tax or legal purposes. Consult a qualified professional for financial and tax advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Top Trucker name, logo, and all app code and design are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Use the app at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Trucker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100 USD.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account by contacting info@toptrucker.app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
